Case Management & Service Coordination

• Offer SSI application assistance.
• Help individuals with financial concerns due to retirement and disability.
• Provide resources for cash assistance, emergency assistance, etc.
• Refer families to Child Care Resources.
• Provide assistance to obtain access to Head Start and Early Start programs.
• Assist individuals and Families in accessing existing programs and services.
• Provide information and referral for school based programs for children with special needs.
• Help eligible families for child care assistance programs and scholarships.
