First Time Homebuyer Program

• An 8 session class for prospective first time homebuyers. The class topics include: budget counseling, information regarding working with a realtor, getting a mortgage, repairing credit, legal representation, etc.
• Financial counseling to individuals and families.
• Access to other programs for first time homebuyers, including programs that provide financial assistance with down payments, matched savings accounts and help with mortgage procurement.
• Foreclosure counseling, legal representation home repair assistance programs, etc.
