HACSO: Vision

HACSO had envisioned a holistic approach to community service based program providing a solution to the welfare and other economic, health and social dilemmas that immigrant individuals, families and seniors face when they enter the United States. The center envisioned a holistic supportive solution model to dependency that combines dignity, support, self-worth, responsibility, civic independence, self-sufficiency and success. We envision a community of cultural competent systems with increase sensibility to the needs of the immigrant community, where people are able to navigate through the system with limited language and cultural barriers.

HACSO: Objectives

Institute a culturally, linguistically and economically sensitive community-based program which expands partnership between community and faith based, government, private sector, government and participants. The program also educate the immigrant community on available services in Rockland County.
